Randy Ames
Randy has been working in industrial applications for many years. He is a wealth of knowledge and guides our team where we need to be.
Randy Enjoys:
Watching Hockey (Montreal Canadiens and Umass Minutemen!!). Backpacking and Camping. Listening and Playing Music
Randy's favorite animal mix would be a Cog – It’s a cross between a Dog and a Cat. Because people like dogs and people also like cats. So now you don’t have to choose. It immediately solves the problem of having 2 pets for those that can’t choose. It is less decision making.
Senior Controls Technician
Aaron Calcari
Aaron is our lead controls technician and head of engineering. He brings over a decade of experience in industrial automation and system integration across many industries. With a strong electrical background, he leads efforts in troubleshooting, programming, & design.
Aaron enjoys: Playing instruments, music theory & production, traveling, exploring nature, and tinkering with electronics/microcontrollers.
Aaron’s favorite animal mix would be of a rhinoceros and a penguin. Rhinos are big and strong while penguins are small and cute. Together they could survive extreme heat and cold temperatures of the world. It would be called the horned Pengurino.
Panel Shop Manager
Tanner Ames
Tanner has had panel building experience since he was 14. He has many talents he brings in the manufacturing side as well as being the purchasing and receiving department.
Tanner enjoys: Ice Hockey, Mountain Biking, Hiking.
Tanner's favorite animal mix would be a snake with the head of an emu. This is because you would only see the emu head when it is slithering in the grass towards you. It would be called the, Snemu.

Agnes Perkins
Agnes is an extremely valuable asset to Ames Electrical. She provides business and financial support and has been outstanding in the field for many years.
Agnes enjoys: Long walks on the beach with her dog Frodo, Bobsled Racing and Carnival Rides.
Agnes's favorite animal mix would be a Kangaroo and a Dog and it would be called a Dogaroo.
Randolph Ames
Randolph Ames has been providing electrical control systems engineering services to manufacturing and commercial industries for the past thirty five + years.
Drawing on a variety of industrial experiences, Ames specializes in solving process control and data acquisition problems by using a mixture of hardware and software. His experience and capabilities include systems engineering and design, systems integration and debug, custom automation systems, technology assessments, value engineering of existing systems,and system rebuilds and upgrades.
Benefits- such as increased rate of production, improved product quality and enhanced employee comfort and safety are achieved by implementing microprocessor controlled systems, which deal with real time data acquisition and control.
Our quality of work is "second to none" with total customer satisfaction as the primary goal.
